Use Oil Of Oregano For Psoriasis

Oil of Oregano has been hailed for its amazing anti-microbial properties as well as its high anti-oxidant properties. It is used to treat circulation problems as well as skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, warts, rashes and infected wounds. The germicidal or anti-microbial properties are used to cleans the body's digestive, reproductive, and respiratory systems of yeast, fungi, or bacteria. Taken orally as well as topically is the best way to use Oil of Oregano for medicinal purposes, but it is also pretty tasty for cooking if diluted in Olive Oil.


Instructions


Oil of Oregano


1. Clean out the glass bottle in soap, hot water and a tiny bit of bleach.


2. Rinse and dry the bottle thoroughly.


3. Fill the bottle with 50-75% olive oil.


4. Fill the bottle the rest of the way with oil of oregano and mix well.


5. Seal with a cork or cap.


6. Rub oil on the skin twice a day.


7. Take oil of oregano capsules twice a day for internal cleansing to aid the external treatments.
