Instructions For Quaker Oatmeal

The soluble fiber in oatmeal lowers cholesterol.

Oatmeal, a whole grain made from rolled or ground oats, can be part of a healthy, hearty breakfast. Quaker oats, created with whole grains containing the hull, bran, endosperm and germ of the oat, comes in Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal or Quick Quaker Oats. Old-fashioned oatmeal uses whole, flattened rolled oats, while quick oats uses smaller pieces of rolled oats so they cook quicker. Jazz up regular breakfast oatmeal with fresh fruit, spices or brown sugar. Add this to my Recipe Box.
