An eDiet subscription costs $17.96 per month. This fee gives you access to all the recipes, trainers, exercise plans and member forums on the eDiets website. Since not all diet plans work for all people, there may be a chance that eDiets is not for you. If you discover after signing up that eDiets won't provide you with the tools you need to lose weight, you can cancel your subscription. Instructions
1. Call eDiets at 1-800-265-6170. Have your eDiets subscription account number handy, and take note of the date that your subscription began before you call.
2. Ask the eDiets representative for their full name and ID number. Write this down on your notepad. Next to their name and ID number, write the date and time of your call.
3. Request that your eDiets account be canceled out. You will need to give the representative your name and account number. If you began your subscription within the last three months, you will need to pay a $25.00 cancellation fee. If the subscription has been longer than three months, you won't have to pay anything extra.
4. Write down the cancellation confirmation number when the representative confirms that your subscription has been canceled.
5. Check that you were not billed by eDiets when the next billing cycle rolls around. If you were, you can call the company back at the number listed above and provide them with the name of the representative you spoke to when canceling your subscription, the date and time of your subscription cancellation, and the cancellation confirmation number given to you by the eDiets representative. eDiets would then be responsible for refunding that charge.
