Brands Of Convection Ovens

Convection ovens have fans that circulate heated air inside the oven to cook food more evenly. The fans in the oven ensure that food on the top and bottom racks are cooked at the same temperature. When food is cooked more evenly, the amount of time to finish cooking an item is reduced, which also reduces the amount of energy used. Does this Spark an idea?
