1. Living on a shoestring budget is fun here are some tips to get you living healthier and easy on a tight budget. Buy vegetables, lots of them. A great dinner or any meal is chicken soup. Chicken is cheap and vegetables such as carrots and celery can help flavor it. Make chicken soup in a big pot with 2 chickens, add carrots peeled and celery cut up and you have an inexpensive meal that is healthy for you and will go along way.


2. Stay away from processed meals and other store bought products that cost alot and are full of chemicals and by products. these tend to clog arteries, promote cancers and are over all unhealthy chices. Stay with vegetables, chicken, beef and other types of food you can cook quick, cheaply and combine together to make meals that last for days.


3. carrot soup is great and easy, to make carrot soup combine 1 lb of chicken, add to soup base, celery and season...allow to cook for 1 hr and remove from heat. This can feed a family of 3 for 2 days. there are many creative things you can do to make cheap meals, experiment and you will find yourself eating cheaply and not having to go out as much.
