3. Arrange for lodging by going to the student living website: http://www.studentliving.eu/
4. Fly to Rome. Spend a day or so enjoying the city, then take the train to Perrugia.
5. Within 8 days of arrival in Italy, be ready to apply for a official Permit of Stay
