2. Select a location for your juicing business. Consider who your target customer is and choose a location that will cater to your intended clientele. You may want to be near a gym, college campus, shopping mall or within a day spa.
3. Obtain food licenses and arrange inspections. Most states require that you apply for a food sales license and comply with sanitation regulations. 5. Create your menu. You will need predefined recipes for your juice products. Ideally, you should have your own original or signature recipes. Once settle on your recipes, assign a name to each drink and create a menu.
